About Me
Welcome to Helen Isaacs Holistic Therapies. I am a complementary therapist with over 30 years of experience.
With a background in beauty therapy, having qualified in 1989, I have worked in beauty salons, spas, wellbeing clinics and a hospice and taught therapies for a local adult learning service.
My love of complementary therapies began in 1995 when I gained a distinction in an Association of Reflexologists accredited reflexology course, adding an ITEC aromatherapy qualification soon after.
I have always been passionate about skincare and now focus on treatments that are beneficial to your skin and your wellbeing.

Zone Face Lift
90 minutes - £80
Each Zone Face Lift treatment is bespoke and tailored to suit your individual needs. The treatment combines facial reflexology with specialised lifting massage techniques, sculpting gua sha, acupressure roller and quartz crystal tools for lymphatic drainage along with an holistic facial to keep your skin in optimum condition.
This wonderful treatment can help boost circulation, naturally stimulate collagen and elastin, lift and tone and give your skin a radiant glow.
Zone Face Lift can be taken as a single treatment or a 12 week programme of weekly treatments for maximum results.
Facial Reflexology Bergman Method
60 minutes - £55
Developed over 20 years by renowned reflexologist Ziggie Bergman, facial reflexology combines traditional reflexology, Native American techniques and Asian body mapping.
Working in the same way as foot reflexology by stimulating reflex points to assist the body’s natural healing process and promoting a deep state of relaxation.
This deeply restorative treatment has the additional benefit of reducing tension in the face resulting in a radiant complexion.
Pinks Boutique Signature Facial
75 minutes - £65
Using the Pinks Boutique range of natural, organic, vegan products to create a bespoke treatment for your skin. Each facial will include a deep cleanse, exfoliate, facial reflexology relaxation sequence using a skin-specific serum, deeply relaxing face, neck & shoulder massage and mask.
The products are formulated and blended in the UK, full of active ingredients and highly concentrated. A sensory delight to hydrate and renew or restore and balance your skin.
Foot Reflexology
60 minutes - £50
Based on the principle that reflex points on the feet correspond to different areas and systems of the body, the aim of reflexology is to help restore balance and improve general wellbeing.
Using specialised techniques on these reflex points can help relieve anxiety and tension, encourage relaxation and aid sleep.
Menopause Reflexology
90 minutes - £75
An innovative and original treatment combining facial, hand and foot reflexology to support you during all stages of your menopause.
Unique techniques focusing on specific reflexes designed to help you manage menopause symptoms on a physical, emotional and energetic level. This treatment will leave you feeling relaxed, rebalanced and recharged.
Menopause Facial
75 minutes - £65.00
A specialised holistic facial designed to help you manage the changes to your skin during the menopause.
Each wellbeing focused treatment is bespoke following a
consultation to determine your individual concerns.
Deep cleansing, exfoliation, cooling crystals and a unique facial reflexology sequence combined with deeply relaxing massage techniques and self care tips make this a truly unique experience.
Crystal Gua Sha Facial
75 minutes - £65
Using crystal and stone gua sha tools to help sculpt and lift the face, gently release tension, boost circulation and promote lymphatic drainage.
Following a hot towel cleanse this blissful treatment combines gua sha with facial reflexology and soothing massage techniques to leave you with glowing skin and a relaxed mind and body.
Make Up
I offer a range of make up services including bridal, occasion and prom as well as make up lessons and workshops. Prices start at £65.Please take a look at my Instagram and Facebook pages for further information and examples of my work.
Appointments
I currently treat clients at a beautiful venue in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire as well as offering a limited number of home visits.
I offer Zone Face Lift, a wonderful holistic treatment aimed at naturally lifting your face and spirits; Facial Reflexology Bergman Method, a deeply restorative, rebalancing treatment resulting in a radiant complexion; Pinks Boutique Holistic Facials, a bespoke treatment using natural, organic products to keep your skin in optimum condition and foot reflexology.
All my treatments are designed to boost your wellbeing and leave you feeling relaxed and pampered. You won’t ever feel rushed, I believe if you have booked a 60 minute therapy you should receive 60 minutes of treatment, additional time will be booked for your consultation free of charge.
I use natural, high quality products which are made in the UK.
